2017 National Championships Bid Allocations

Colorado Springs, Colo. (Sept. 6, 2017) – USA Ultimate, the national governing body for the sport of ultimate in the United States and proud member of the U.S. Olympic Committee, released today the final bid allocations from the Triple Crown Tour’s regional championship events to the 2017 National Championships.

After an exciting final weekend in the 2017 Triple Crown Tour regular season, end-of-season rankings were published today. The three winners of the Pro Championships – San Francisco Revolver, Seattle Mixtape and Seattle Riot – all finished the regular season in the top spots for their respective divisions: men’s, mixed and women’s.

Seattle Mixtape is the only team with a chance to win the Triple Crown after claiming titles at the U.S. Open Club Championships and the Pro Championships. To date, San Francisco Revolver is the only team to have won the Triple Crown, a feat they have accomplished twice, first in 2013 and again in 2015.

The regional bid allocation for the 2017 National Championships, set to be held Oct. 19-22, in Sarasota, Fla., is below.
